D. Request to approve athletic lighting for softball, baseball and football fields, Bibb County High School. Payment to Gunn & Associates, in the amount of $800,000, will be made from PSCA funds.
E. Request to approve payment to Zoey Nabors to assist with colorguard choreography during practices, clinics and games, 2023-2024 school year, Bibb County High School. Payment of $200 will be made from BCHS local school funds.
F. Request to approve payment to UCA for cheer instruction to prepare cheerleaders to compete in Regional Cheer Competition, October 21, 2023. Payment of $550 will be made from WBMS local school funds.
G. Request to approve payment to Sherry Littleton for Children’s Theatre support for all students to experience a well rounded education through the arts, October 2023-January 2024. Payment of $15 per hour, not to exceed $2,500, will be made from district ESSER funds.
H. Request to approve payment to Mary Beth Toxey for music instruction, 2023-2024 school year, Brent Elementary School. Payment of $150 per day, up to 1 1/2 days per week, will be made from BES PTO funds.
I. Request to approve Bibb County High School cheerleaders to travel to Mobile Civic Center to participate in the AHSAA Regional competition, November 6-7, 2023. Students will travel by private vehicles and have overnight stay.
