“Special Care for Special Kids”

In the heart of Alabama, the Family Guidance Center of Alabama is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of relative childcare providers through their Kids and Kin Program. This invaluable statewide initiative is designed to offer support, guidance, and resources to grandparents, aunts, uncles, and older siblings who step in to provide childcare for their relatives’ children. On September 26, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a special event is taking place at the Bibb Centreville Library, 153 Walnut St., Centreville, AL 35042, to introduce the community to this remarkable program under the theme, “Special Care for Special Kids.”

This program, offered by the Family Guidance Center of Alabama, is entirely FREE and aims to provide vital support and assistance to these caregivers.
