Willie R. Dunn has joined the race for the Mayor of the City of Brent.
Willie Dunn has been a resident of Bibb County since 1984 when he moved here to work at Brent Banking Company. Willie was one of the founding members of the Bibb County Chamber of Commerce at its inception in 1985, serving two terms as President of the Chamber. For twenty-five years, Willie served on the Rural Alabama Health Alliance, a consortium of health care professionals promoting healthcare of citizens in rural West Alabama counties. Mr. Dunn has an extensive resume serving the community and the area in business and in volunteer service.
Contacted for a statement he said this to The Bibb Voice: “With my past experience in banking and business, I feel qualified to guide the City of Brent over the next four years to greater growth and prosperity.”
