“When I decided to run for this office, I committed to listening to the people of Bibb, Chilton and Shelby County. They’ve told me they want a representative who will fight for our district in Montgomery. My nine years of experience, working with our legislators, makes me uniquely qualified to serve the people of our district.”

“My top priorities are going to be finding creative ways to bring new good-paying jobs to our communities and representing the conservative values our voters hold dear. I’m pro-life, a staunch defender of the 2nd Amendment, and I’ll keep fighting for less government. These are not just campaign promises, these are the foundation of my political philosophy.”

The Bibb Voice encourages all registered Voters to be sure to get out and VOTE on September 1 for District 49 of the Alabama House of Representatives. Russell Bedsole and Mimi Penhale are running in the Republican primary runoff. The winner of the runoff will face Cheryl Patton (D) in the general election in Nov.
