According to a June 14. 2018 article by Kara Kennedy, the popular “S-Town” podcast about Woodstock, Alabama’s John McLemore, will soon be coming to the silver screen as a new movie directed by Tom McCarthy, who has just announced that he has acquired the rights to direct a movie based on the popular podcast.
