MollerTech hiring in Bibb County. Training program begins.

German auto supplier MollerTech is now looking for applicants to fill the 220 jobs available at its $46.3 million production plant taking shape in Bibb County.

The company announced a pre-employment training program through AIDT and the Department of Commerce. The company is seeking production operators.

Production operators are described as being involved in injection molding and lamination equipment, as well as product assembly and inspection.

MollerTech announced the plant in October, its third location in North America. Full production is expected by the end of 2019.

The new 150,000-square-foot plant, will be the company’s flagship production facility, joining two additional plants already operating in North America.

The plant will employ about 220 people upon completion and is under construction at the Scott G. Davis Industrial Park near the Woodstock community.
