County Fire Departments Train Together in Water Shuttle Techniques

On Saturday, November 16th, 19 personnel from six different fire departments across the county came together for a day of hands-on training focused on water shuttle and fill fundamentals. This collaborative training session provided an excellent opportunity for firefighters to enhance their skills and share valuable knowledge with one another.
Chief Spruce McRee of Brierfield Volunteer Fire & Rescue lead the session with his expertise and guidance and made the day both educational and rewarding for all attendees.

- Centreville Volunteer Fire Department
- Cedar Grove Fire
- Lawley Volunteer Fire Department
- Green Pond Fire & Rescue
This training emphasized teamwork, mutual support, and skill development, ensuring that all departments are better prepared to serve their communities in emergencies.
