Mayor White called the meeting to order at five p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer.

A motion to approve the May 20,2024 minutes was made (Owings) and seconded (Conway). Motion carried.
A motion to approve the payment of bills was made (Conway) and seconded (Morrison). Motion carried.
Police Report:
Chief McMillian reported the 2024 Tahoe equipment package quote from Calera ProLogistics (not the lowest bid but the most for the money) is $12,543. Second request was the purchase of two (2) auto record cameras for $504.00. A motion to approve was made (Morrison) and seconded (Sanders). Motion carried.

Other Business –
- Holly Hills Subdivision
A request for the city to incorporate via deed this subdivision road. This is a repeat request. John Donner has investigated the current condition of the road and reported:
- This is a very flat area.
- It easily floods.
- The neighborhood was built in a flood plane. Basically a swamp before the ballfields were built.
- A city street requires a 50 ft right-of-way.
- The ditches must be cleaned before they will drain.
- The garbage truck has a turn-around and in wet weather this becomes a big mud puddle.
- Advised that the street lights are gas. This would require removal by the gas company.
John stated incorporating this road into the city streets would be an extreme expense for the city. It was recommended to table the matter until Draper reviews.
- Credit Card Limits
Issue one to the police department (Chief) with a $5,000 limit. A motion to approve was made (Owings) and seconded (Conway). Motion carried.
