The Bibb County Republican party held their monthly meeting at the Sawmeal Restaurant on February 1, 2024. Newly elected April Weaver stepped in to her newly elected Chairmanship of the local party at this meeting.
The State Republican Executive Committee will be holding their Winter Meeting on February 10. The purpose of this meeting was to designate members of the Executive Committee that will represent Bibb County at State Meetings.
Jeff Dodson and Dale Ellinghausen are the newest members of the State Committee. The other members are April Weaver, Stephanie Kemmer, Kayla Cooner, Valerie Cook, Mike Oakley, and Keefe Burt.
The Alabama Republican Party will be hosting Kellyanne Conway – Special Advisor to President Donald J. Trump – as the special guest at its annual Winter Dinner on Friday, February 9, 2024 in Birmingham.
