C. Request to approve payment to Karen Hubbard for tutoring services for Cahawba Christian Academy, October 2023-September 2024. Payment of $25 per hour, not to exceed $7,000, will be made from Title I funds.
D. Request to approve payment to Bethany Fields to provide choreography to color guard, September 26, 2023 and October 3, 2023, Bibb County High School. Payment of $50 will be made from BCHS local school funds.
E. Request to approve payment to Irvin Wells Jr. to provide security for events/sporting events for the 2023-2024 school year, Bibb County High School. Payment of 22.50 per hour will be made from BCHS local school funds.
F. Request to approve payment to Leo Minor to provide police security at school events, 2023-2024 school year, Randolph Elementary School. Payment of $22.50 per hour will be made from RES local school funds.
G. Request to approve payment to Valery Reach to provide speech services, consultations, IEP writing and meetings, October 2023-May 2024. Payment of $50 per hour, plus mileage, up to 15 hours per week, will be made from IDEA funds.
H. Request to approve payment to Anna Halliday for music teacher services one day a week, October 2023-May 2024, Randolph Elementary School. Payment of $2,500 will be made from RES PTO funds/Title IV.
I. Request to approve payment to judges for pageant, November 16, 2023, West Blocton High School. Payment of $100 per judge will be made from WBHS local school funds.
J. Request to approve Bibb County High School baseball team to travel to Troy, AL, for a baseball tournament, March 8-9, 2024. Students will travel by private vehicles and have overnight stay.
K. Request to approve Bibb County High School volleyball team to travel to Montgomery, AL, for Regional Tournament, October 24-25, 2023. Students will travel by school bus and have overnight stay.

A. Request to approve the employment of Kevin Hunter Norris as Special Education Paraprofessional Aide, Bibb County High School, effective October 25, 2023.
