This 4-part series will teach participants how to use the Business Model Canvas to assess their business marketing, operations and finances. The first session is an introduction to the Canvas and the need for a healthy business model. Session #2 will focus on the marketing side of the Canvas, including understanding your customers and market strategies. Session #3 will move into the operations side of the Canvas, including identifying your key resources and activities. Finally, the 4th session will dive into revenue and costs, including diversifying your revenue streams and streamlining costs.
Content will be valuable for idea-stage businesses as well as seasoned business owners.
