At the beginning of this National Police Week, the city of Centreville celebrated a retirement send-off for Sgt. Clyde Crocker. Bibb County turned the courthouse clock tower blue in recognition of the “thin blue line” and appreciation of all of our local officers.

Centreville and Woodstock also honored their officers with Facebook posts this week:

If you have a chance, thank an officer for their service and dedication this week. From the Bibb Voice, to all of our County Deputies and Police Officers in Woodstock, West Blocton, Brent, and Centreville: thank you!
