Senator Cam Ward and Rep. April Weaver were among those in attendance at the retirement reception held at the Bibb County Courthouse for Joyce Rice on March 22nd, 2017. The area legislators and numerous friends and family were in attendance to honor 39 years of dedicated to service to the people of Bibb County.
Alabama Senate and House resolutions were presented to the honoree by the dignitaries.
The Bibb Voice wishes Joyce all the best in her retirement and we thank God for her dedication to the betterment of all the people of Bibb County. Our community is a better place to live thanks to citizens like Joyce Rice. God Bless you Joyce, you are a friend to all.
