The trial of the Centreville Mayor Election Contest (Oakley vs. Cooner), originally scheduled for Thursday, February 26, has been continued to March 5, 2026 at 10 a.m. Judge Marvin Wiggins continued the trial, with the consent of the parties, as a result of another jury trial in progress that may not be completed before Thursday.
