Join the Mind Over Miles Challenge This May with BMC Wellness

Ready to turn your daily walk into a fun challenge? Join us for the Mind Over Miles Challenge, running from May 12th to 31st in celebration of National Walking Month at BMC Wellness.
Whether you prefer walking in the early morning, during your lunch break, or in the evening, there is a walking group that fits your schedule:
- Morning: 5am–11am
- Midday: 11am–3pm
- Afternoon: 3pm–7pm
- Evening: 7pm–10pm
Participants are encouraged to log their miles at the Front Desk at the end of each visit. It’s a great opportunity to challenge yourself to move more and stay active this May.
Open to both members and nonmembers, this challenge is completely free. Stop by the Front Desk at BMC Wellness to register and sign up for your walking group. You’ll also have the option to pre-register for our new challenge t-shirts.
