The Bibb County Special Education Transition team recently hosted at their meeting Tiffany Moore, Transition Specialist from the Alabama State Department of Education and Teresa Farmer, SPDG Transition Goal 2 Coordinator for the Alabama SDE. Bibb County Transition team presented an overview of their school work experience and the success they have had in collaboration with Bibb Medical Center and Hope Compassion Basket to provide community work experience for their students. Attending the meeting were Tiffany Moore, Transition Specialist, Alabama SDE, Jennifer Downs, Special Education Coordinator for Bibb County, Teresa Farmer, Alabama SDE, Katie Williams, Vickie Brown, Instructional Coach, Alabama SDE, Angela Lint, Julie McKinney, Monisha Ramsey, Amy Hatter, Clint Riner. The Transition team is comprised of team members from Bibb County High, West Blocton High, West Blocton Middle and Centreville Middle.
