West Blocton High School’s baseball team is gearing up for an exciting season, and the community has a chance to rally behind the Tigers as they take the field. The season opener will be an away game on Friday, February 14, against Pickens Academy, marking the team’s first test of the year.
Fans won’t have to wait long to see the Tigers in action at home. Their first home game is set for Thursday, February 20, when they take on Montevallo High School. It will be a great opportunity for the community to fill the stands, cheer on the players, and show support for the team’s hard work and dedication.
The WBHS Tigers have been putting in the effort during the offseason, and now it’s time to bring the energy and encouragement they deserve. Whether traveling to away games or packing the home stands, every show of support makes a difference. Let’s make this season one to remember. Go Tigers!
