Brent Methodist Church’s Beloved Drive-Thru Nativity Returns for the Season!

Special to the Press

Brent Methodist Church is excited to bring back its Drive-Thru Nativity, a cherished tradition that began in 2009. Although the event paused during the pandemic, the church is reintroducing it this year with a renewed format and hopes to restore the full experience in the years to come. The goal is to remind the community of the true meaning of the season.

This year’s scene will depict the stable where Jesus was born, complete with Mary, Joseph, the Wise Men, shepherds, angels, and, of course, Baby Jesus. Expect live animals, too—sheep, cows, donkeys, and maybe even an alpaca!

The Drive-Thru Nativity will take place on December 11th from 6-9 p.m. You’ll enter from 4th Street off Main Street, turn left into the back of the church parking lot, continue along the left side to view the nativity, and exit onto Tabernacle Road.

Bring your family to celebrate this holy night and rejoice in our Savior’s birth.
