The Bibb County Education Retiree’s Association held their October meeting at the Bibb Wellness Center. Members brought supplies for the Bibb County Sav- A- Life to be delivered for their October service project. Members also brought supplies for gift bags for the new teacher mentoring program and tips were shared in each packet how to organize their classroom for success.
Beth Downs, Senior Fitness Instructor at BWC, Karen Murphy, Virginia Brand, Peggy Hubbard, Elaine Jones and Phyllis Johnson presented an excellent demonstration of stretching and balance exercises for seniors. Members and guest present were:
