Bibb Medical Center hosted a groundbreaking today for its planned new emergency room facilities. The event was well attended by hospital staff, physicians, and management personnel. Local elected officials, including Mayor Mike Oakley and State Senator April Weaver, addressed the crowd about the historical event.
