The Bibb County Court House and the Probate Annex are once again open to the public; however, there are some precautionary rules still in place due to the COVID pandemic.

You can enter the main court house to conduct business but you must still wear a mask upon entering and other rules are posted at the door. The Circuit & District judges will resume scheduling dockets for in-person hearings June 1 for civil and criminal cases however, no jury trials will be resumed or set before September.

At the Probate Annex this morning a door monitor was making temperature checks of customers prior to allowing admission to the building. Only 4 persons could be in the building at one time to purchase a tag or conduct other probate business.
