Al.com reported Monday that four people were taken into custody in an ongoing attack on drug-related activity in Alabama’s Fourth Judicial Circuit.
The Alabama Drug Task Force, the Alabama Law Enforcement’s Tactical Unit, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Demopolis, Brent and Centreville police officers and the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office carried out the search warrants between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. Monday, said District Attorney Michael Jackson.
Those arrested were Michael Boles, Quentin Boles, Billy Brooks and Kendric Griffin.
Bibb County Sheriff Jody Wade said today that the Brent Police Department had been working this case for months prior to the yesterday’s arrests and was the lead agency that did most of the investigative work leading to the Bibb County arrests.
