Alabama Secretary of Commerce Greg Canfield will make a “major economic development project announcement for Bibb County and the Birmingham region” Monday, according to a news release.

The announcement is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Bibb County Board of Education offices in Centreville.

Canfield will be joined by local elected officials from Bibb County, the Alabama Department of Commerce, the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama, Alabama Power Co. and the Birmingham Business Alliance.
