The Town of Woodstock will host the Woodstock MUSIC Festival on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. This event will be open to the public and admission is free. There will be a $10 parking charge per vehicle, which will benefit the Senior Nutrition & Activity Center/Homebound Meal Program and the Woodstock Ball Park. Gates will open at 9am with live music beginning at 10 am-midnight. Concessions will be open along with local food vendors. No coolers. No Alcohol.

Is this not a possible volition of economic interest which is a ethic volition. You have a council member and his son, a employee of the town with a business interest in the Holiday Beach race track.
I believe this is a great event for the Town of Woodstock as well as Bibb County!
